This is not an option for iOS. The company that let us connect to them from Android won't let us connect on iOS for some reason. We have made repeated requests, and they said no. We are looking at other ways of getting audio into the app in the…

There should be a targeting icon in the corner that will allow you to zoom to your location. I have added the request for the feature on Webview to our idea portal, https://ideas.active911.com/ideas.

Getting directions on a TV
Davet102, Webview doesn't have the ability to give directions. It is designed to just give an overview of the call area, not route to the call. The only apps that are designed to give routing are the Android, iOS, and Windows apps.

Is there a way to pay for other individual members and not the whole dept?
Yes, you can pay for subscriptions individually. You will need to log in with the email address for the device(s) in question. This often means setting other devices to use your email address while you make payment, then switching them back to their…

Android only gets alerts on Wifi
It sounds like they may have the background data turned off for either Google Play Services (or Google Services, same app different name), or for Active911. They can check this by going into their phone settings and looking in Data Usage > Google…

Webview - is there a way to collapse the sidebars?
Yes, there are two ways you can do this. The first is to click the little double ended arrow half way down the page on each side. This will collapse the sidebars and extend them. The second way is to click on the settings icon and click 'Hide…

Mapping not always working
As a note to Bill's original issue, the default is 20 miles, however support can alter that distance to whatever is needed. The default is simply there to eliminate possible duplicates due to identical street names and addresses in some countie…

Refresh your browser window now. The problem should be fixed. It looks like this was caused by a failure in the authentication script. We are scheduled to upgrade the server in the near future, which we expect will solve some related issues. We are …

CommandCAD in Prince Georges County, MD and Active 911?
We have a lot of people in PG who are using the system. Probably the best implementation of it is done by District Heights. They have it set up really well. Your county recently switched from RSAN to Everbridge, but the interface is pretty similar. …

I am testing it right now, but it looks like a single call will a full amount of call information using the map for a couple of miles it uses 240kb. This is without downloading any pdf preplans or photos. So .24MB per call, 25 calls per day, 30 days…

I know a few who are using Tyler Tech, but they are using a 3rd party paging interface like Pagegate or Hiplink to send to our system. I don't believe there is a native SMTP or SNPP interface built into their CAD. There was some conversation go…

Adam, just sent you an email with the information. Looks like there is a delay in your county's system that could easily account for a couple minute delay. The header information in the email will show your IT dept where the call is being delay…

The space is separating the filter terms so your STRUCTURE FIRE filter is looking for calls with STRUCTURE or FIRE in the call title. You could put ^((?!ALARM).)*$ which would give you all calls except ones that have the term ALARM in them.
