No app provided sounds
  • Recently upgraded to a Samsung S20. When I went to change my alert tone the only sounds I could chose from where the ones provided by the phone. There were no active911 sounds to choose from. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. I found a work around by downloading the sound I wanted and putting into the notification sound file but would like to have access to the other sounds.
  • Same issue here on a new Samsung Galaxy S10.
  • Fixed it. I had to rename the "ringtone" folder on my phone to "notifications"

    There was a known issue with ringtones not being connected with the latest upgrade to Samsung phones; the fix has been released.  If you are still experiencing an issue with your ringtones, please attempt an uninstall/reinstall of the app (make sure to have your device code).
