Dispatch Parsing
  • Can anyone tell me if there is an easier way to make changes to the dispatch parsing settings? Going back and forth through email with support isn't really ideal. Any advice? I'm coming from another system where I can make the changes myself.
  • ajmanz - There isn't a way for you to adjust the parsing on your side. Only our support staff have access to adjust the parsers within Active911. If you're not having success communicating with support via email, I recommend giving us a call. We all have a lot of experience with parsers, and can usually make any necessary adjustments while speaking to users over the phone.
