Family registration
  • Our agency just added the family tool to our agency subscription.  I have the registration data for our selected family members. when clicking the add device button I get a "not Authorized" banner in RED at the top of the screen.  The home screen indicates that we have used 0 out of 7 subscriptions.  Any help in getting these registrations active would be appreciated.
