devices not showing up as users
  • Over half of the names associated with our devices aren't showing up on the users list. How can I fix that?
  • By default, user accounts aren't automatically visible under the "Users" tab for the devices within the "Devices" tab. For them to show under the "Users" tab one of two things needs to happen:

    A) The person who owns the device goes to active911.com, and uses the email address registered with their device to login.

    OR

    B) The admin manually adds people to the "Users" tab.
