New Web page/admin console format.
  • I have two problems with the new format of the website.

    1. When you create a short cut on your phone to the Alarms page (with your login saved) it no longer takes you there. Now, since the update, it takes you back to the tab that shows what devices you have. This isn't a huge deal, but it used to be a lot smoother when you're in a hurry to find a particular incident.

    2. Still using the web page on your phone, you can no longer see the address of the incident unless you click on it. My department generates hundreds of calls a day, so its pretty common for us to have multiples of the same type incident go out. This makes it very difficult to search.

    Please consider these issues for changes.
