Call types not coming through
  • Up until a week or so ago our calls would come across as the call type (i.e. FIRE, MEDICAL AID, PUBLIC ASSIST, etc.) but now they are coming across as our CAD event number which does us no good when trying to filter calls for off duty personnel. Does anyone know why this happened or how to change it back to call type? Thanks!
