Showing wrong agency
  • I recently left an agency but joined another in a different county. Installed the app, setup with administrator. I receive the "page" screen but no alert tone. When I log into my account,it shows my old agency, not my current agency. Is there a fix for this?

    It sounds like your old administrator has not yet removed you from their account. Our support department is the best way to get this resolved. You can normally contact support at support@active911.com or 541-223-7992.  I have created a support ticket for you, ticket number 2018062524001266; a technician should be contacting you soon regarding this.
