Setting Alert Tones for two agencies.
  • Since the upgrade I am unable to different alert tones for two agencies.
  • Ed - I'm not sure what would be causing the problem you're describing. We haven't had any other users report that problem to my knowledge. Have you contacted support about the problem? I recommend sending an email to support@active911.com, or giving us a call at 541-223-7992. We are open 7AM to 4PM PT Monday-Friday, with an hour lunch from 11:30 to 12:30.

    You might try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you do so, make sure you have your device code. You will need to reenter your device code into the settings menu of the app after reinstalling the app.
