I am trying to download the CSV file for Alarms within a date range. It brings up the box to allow me to select which dates I would like. After the box appears to be loading, this disappears.
There isn't a popup or saved file anywhere on my PC. Any help you could offer would be great.
Would you be so kind as to elaborate on what you are looking for, I believe you are hoping as a users (non-admin) you can look at calls from a specific date range, is this correct?
