Apple supervised device losing Active911 registration code every few days
  • Our department has an iPad in each apparatus so they can see call details that are sent to them.  These devices are supervised with Apple Configurator for lockdown reasons as well as making it easier to manage them.  We're finding that every couple of days, it loses is device code and acts as if it has never been setup, BUT, alerts still show in the notification center of the iPad, you just can't view them in the app.  
    I'd be happy to provide device logs to Active911 to help with fixing this issue.

    Has anyone ever experienced this, and if so, how did you remedy it?

    For now, we have just written the device code down in each truck so they can put it back in if it does this, but this is slightly annoying.
