How to make location icons larger in mapping?

    Hi. I'm running v1.6.0.8 on an Android 7.0 for the record I'm not tech savvy so please use small words. When a call comes in, I can open the map. When I try to zoom in on the location or on another responder the icon stays too small to read the text. So I can tell that there's someone there, but can't read exactly whom. What should I do differently?
