Mapping in PC app
  • When we receive an alert the map is zooming out to the point of showing continents. The routing is working fine, just need to zoom back in. I've been playing with the setting but to no avail.

    Any ideas?

    It sounds like we might be able to fix this by entering coordinates for your department to help the system stay focused in your area. Please email us your agency's coordinates to support@active911.com, so we can try this and troubleshoot further with you. Thanks!

    Changing the agency coordinates seems to have corrected the issue. I have not heard back from the department in regards to any issues with it since the correction. Please email your department's coordinates in decimal degree format to support@active911.com so we can get this corrected for you.
