Initial CAD alert email

    We just got everything rolling today, and still have yet to get dispatch to add the Active911 alert email address to their system. In the meantime, since we already receive CAD reports via our department email and you guys only activate these about once a week according to your notification, can I send an previous CAD report from our email to the Active911 email so you already have it? Or should we just wait and let the first one come directly from dispatch?

    Sending prior call information to your Active911 account could be helpful, but to get things fully functional we need to have several examples of call data sent to us directly from your dispatch. There might be a difference in the way they send us the information, compared to the way they're sending it to your email.

    What is the name of your department? In what city and state is it located? I recommend contacting our support team about your activation. We might already have a parser setup for your dispatch that we can assign to your account.
