Personal Account
  • I am trying to add an agency to my account but it is not letting me. I would like to set up a personal account so I can have multiple.

    Adding accounts to your device does not work this way. In
    order to set up your device on multiple accounts, you will need to
    get the device code from your primary account/department and supply
    it to your secondary account/department to register as a multiple use
    device on their account. Once you have been added to the secondary account, you can login to view your device on both accounts. If the admin does not know how to do this,
    please have them contact us.
