PC App Not playing any sound
  • I have tried multiple PCs and none of them play sound when the call comes in. Would like a fix if possible. 
  • Please check the tone to make sure it is not set to silent. You can do this by selecting Active911 > Settings > Agencies > Agency Name > Alert Tone. If you have more than one agency, please check to make sure they are all turned on. Also, please check to make sure you have speakers or something plugged into the PC you are on so that they sound can play.
