Details notes field truncated
  • On my Android phone, and other staff see the same behavior, the notes field with details on the call are truncated.
    Frequently I will get only five words in the alert notes and dispatch says they are sending out more details. Is there a setting that covers this? Otherwise I have to have dispatch read the call details again while enroute.

    It could be any number of things. It could be that your dispatch center is truncating the notes before sending it to us, or that our parser is stopping before capturing all the information.  This is probably best suited to giving support a call or email (541-223-7992 or support@active911.com) to help figure out where the problem lies.
