Response Alerting
  • Once a responder opens the app to view the call, is there a way to get a pop up that allows them to choose their response status (ex: in route/ station/ scene)

    If the app has been opened on a device, and the alert details are being viewed for a specific call, the response vocabulary are listed near the top of the screen.

    With the permissions to edit the agency, the responses can be updated to any short string that should be able to fit your needs.
