    Only the admins of an account have the ability to edit the details (name, phone number, email, etc.) of a device. Please contact the admin of your account to have them update the details of your device.

    If you simply got a new phone, and you're trying to set it up with the Active911 app, all you need to do is download the app and enter your device code into the settings menu of the app. You will use the same device code on your new phone that you used with your old phone.
