Tablet won't take device code
  • I have a Samsung tablet and it won't take the device code. I have deleted the device and made it again to get a different device code and it still didn't work. Any thoughts?

    When entering the device code into the settings menu of the app, make sure to include the numbers, the dash, and the letters in all caps (EX: 123456-ABCD). Your device also needs a strong network connection as you try to register it with the device code.
