user switched from Android phone to I-phone
  • If a user under my group has switched from a Android OS to a Apple OS, do they need to have a new code generated ? Or just simply go into their list and change their device from Android to Apple? 
  • You should just be able to change the device type for the existing code. I have seen that the system changes automatically if a user enters their existing code into a new or different device.
  • If a user switches to a new phone, you should edit the existing device within the account to reflect the details of the new phone. The details should automatically change when the user enters their device code into the settings menu of the Active911 app on their new phone.
