Webview Disconnecting/Blank Map
  • We have 4 locations running Webview and all 4 locations are experiencing problems. Randomly the devices will show the orange Connecting animation until a browser refresh is initiated. Additionally, we are experiencing times when Webview is connected, but the map is blank (custom map markers are still displayed but everything else is solid grey). This condition continues even if an alarm is received. Similar to the Connecting problem, a browser refresh corrects the problem.

    Console logging was completed on one device and no ERR_ codes are displayed. Additional network monitoring was conducted and the network connection to the Internet is not interrupted at any time.
  • I've got the same Connecting problem. Windows 7, Chrome Browser. Refresh fixes it. I have not put much effort into diagnosing it with Support, however we are not losing internet connectivity either.
