Not Receiving all the call information in Detail
  • I have one of our members who is a iPhone user that started experiencing a problem with not receiving all the call information to his phone. In the details section he only gets half the message. Any idea what has happened here? 
  • All of my department's iOS devices are having same problem. Dispatch is using New World CAD software. Could this be a CAD/Console issue?
  • It is a bug on our end that we currently have Beta testers evaluating.  Should be fixed in the next release.

  • Would there be any way to have that details section open a pop up like screen to access all of the CAD message information? 
  • @BrandonATA Since this is an ongoing issue, that is not a bad idea at least until we can get the problem completely resolved.
