Purchase Receipt and changing emails
  • Hello! I am new to Active911. I am the Admin for my local Rescue Squad. We have everyone signed up and paid for (everyone is a separate purchase). My questions are below...

    1) Does anyone know of a way I can have a purchase receipt resent?

    2) I read on another post that I can use the admin's email for different people I sign up... Can I use the same email for different devices (i.e. 6 different people, same email?) but at the same time, have a different password set up for them? 

  • You can contact support for a purchase receipt.

    You cannot use the same email address with different passwords. The email address is tied to an individual account used to login to the web console. What you can do is have the same email address associated with different devices that will be paged.
