Do not re-page updates
  • What is the new option of Do not re-page updates??  
  • I keep getting updates while on a call. I thought this option was to help stop that. What am I doing wrong?

    There are several ways our system could have changed to no longer recognize duplicates.  An admin could have changed how we are looking for duplicates, the CAD message format could have changed, or we could have changed how we were interpreting that format.

    I would give support a call (541-223-7992) or email (support@active911.com) to find and resolve the problem.
