  • Is anyone having issues with responses being changed or wiped out on web view?  Our member are responding on the first call but when an update/note comes in (as a new alert) it is clearing all the responses and placing them all on watch.  Not helpful.
  • Currently, when someone watches an alert, it will overwrite their previous response status.

    We are working on a feature that will allow agencies to discard watch responses.  It should be available by next month.
