Not getting the alerts
  • Hello there!

    We are not getting any alerts from  the 911 app, if im sending the alerts myself im getting em but not the ones that our alerts unit is sending.

    We wanted to try this out and review it later on.  We are on a free account / limited to 5 devices.

     

    Any help would be appriciated.

  • Hello,

    I have just added some more user devices, and we are not getting the alerts. I cleared all of mine and have been waiting for over a half hour for new events to come in. I am watching my CAD and it is busy but my Active-911 is not.

    Please advise, thank you.

  • Stephen H. sounds like you have a problem.  Please contact support.
  • we have been on the trial period for 3 days now , we got an original page from our call center. went ok. since then we have had 3 calls and no alerts. can we get some help on fixing this please. mike
  • We have not been gettings alerts either, started a few days ago and nothing so far, says we are still In activation mode, saw somewhere that the system is only updated once a week, is that correct. We are still in free mode but want to add 20 devices
